Barbra Carlisle is a social researcher and consultant with significant experience in the development of self regulation, strategic planning and continuous improvement. Barbra's areas of expertise include performance standards and assessments, strategic development, equality and diversity, the social housing market, community engagement, poverty reduction and financial capability.
An accomplished project manager, report writer, public speaker and trainer, with wide experience of conducting depth interviews, facilitating focus groups and presenting research findings and recommendations in clear and accessible ways Barbra offers a personal approach. She has experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior managers, frontline workers and vulnerable service users.
